For over 15 years as a Doctor I came to a point that I needed to do something to reach and help more people become aware of their health—especially those healthcare professionals like me na hindi nakakarating sa clinic ko.
Someone like, YOU.
You see, my profession as a Doctor is only limited to an area where it is located. As much I want to help more people—hanggang dun lang talaga.
Thanks to Internet and Social Media, I met you.
But don’t think I’m different. I’m not.
I’m still a human like you, nagkakasakit din at nagbabayad ng tax. *he he...
I’m also a Business Owner. I have my small clinic and other businesses that I really love doing.
Gusto ko kasi yung concept ng “multiple sources” of income
...para when I’m ready to retire I can enjoy life with total freedom.
Or if ever God call me home my family is safe and secured kahit wala na ako.

“What about ‘Stress’ Doc, Tess?”
Well, studies and statistics will tell you that all of our major diseases started from getting "stress".
Some of those are, Obesity, Hypertension, Gastrointestinal problems, Alzheimer's disease, Diabetes, Respiratory disease, Stroke, Cancer & Heart Disease.
Just think of it like a car.
Kapag over use or improperly use—nasisira. Same with our body. If we carelessly treat our body in our daily lives na parang “OK, OK lang”. Sooner or later, one of those diseases ay possible na magkaron ka.
If we have these kind of diseases, madami ang affected.
First of course is our body, hindi na s’ya magfa-function ng maayos. Second is our Job or Businesses. Hindi na tayo makakapag perform ng maayos and finish our daily tasks dahil sa nararamdaman natin. Third is our relationship with our loved ones—pwede itong maapektuhan in a long run lalo na kapag umaatake na ng husto ang sakit. It could change your mood, your appetite and starting to make poor decisions.
Wag ka mag alala, preventable naman ang mga yan.
Or if ever meron ka na ng isa dyan, don’t worry there’s a practical way to prevent that from getting worst.
